This job is Full Time and can be worked Remote anywhere in the U.S. JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs technical planning, high level and detailed requirements definition, test planning and execution (to include use cases, test procedures and test data), business process automation (Pega) software systems integration, and technical support for those software systems and subsystems. Total software system product may include discovery, concept design, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. (It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. Managers set the specific duties and responsibilities for each employee). SCOPE: This position will support intelligent business process automation engagements with a variety of customers using Pega's software development platform. Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives. Work is reviewed by supervisor/lead to measure meeting objectives. Directs established guidelines, procedures and policies. PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of the variety of factors. FREEDOM TO ACT: Works under general direction on routine work. May receive detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Follows established procedures. Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. IMPACT: Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays in program schedules and may result in allocation of additional resources. LIASON: Primarily internal company contacts. Infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters. Qualifications TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) with 2+ years of solid experience developing on the Pega Platform Knowledge of and experience with one or more programming languages Must have experience with: - Implementing user stories according to design and best practice guidelines - Knowledge of software design and implementation - Knowledge of relational database principles and/or experience with database design - Familiarity and/or experience with the Agile Software Development Lifecycle - Unit testing all configurations within the Pega Platform - Fixing defects - Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance on the job.
