Pay/Benefits:

-Our technicians gross on average $4,000/mo through year. Usually just over $4,000/mo summer, just under $4,000/mo winter (figures quoted do not include optional bonuses).

-$25 extra a month to cover smart phone usage

-Optional incentives to increase pay

-As much as 70 hours a week in the warmer months, and 50 hours a week when it is colder

-6 day work week, Monday through Saturday (Sundays always off!)

-Plenty of overtime paid at time and a half

-The option to take every other Saturday off

-After 180 days, the option for medical and dental benefits, as well as your first raise, is given

-All major holidays off (paid) and a personal holiday of your choosing (paid)

-10 additional paid days off after 180 day review

Each year we will be opening up multiple locations across the country to our already 43 established branches spanning coast to coast.

As a Service Professional, you will be servicing 18-20 homes a day for preventative Pest Control. We will train and set up/pay for certification. The products that we use to get the job done are the perfect balance of lowest toxicity to most effectiveness in the industry. You will receive an optimized route to run each morning, and be responsible for completing it by the evening. After training, you will receive a company vehicle to perform the duties of the job each day and park it at your home each night. You must have a smartphone to perform the electronic paperwork necessary for each house you service.
