If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Operational Risk Oversight to join our Risk Management organization.Responsibilities:Validate controls, tools, and templates executed by first line management with respect to core HR, as well as related Technology and Third-Party processes

Engage senior HR management to share assessment results providing transparency and insights to promote risk remediation

Execute the firm's HR risk framework across the three domains: risk governance, evaluation and response to ensure that risk issues, opportunities and events are addressed in a cost-effective manner and in line with business priorities

Drive continual improvement of the HR, Technology and Third-Party risk management programs with a goal of reaching level 4 on the maturity scale

Design, develop, evaluate and recommend various operational risk management guidelines and implementation strategies

Qualifications:Minimum five years of related work experience in Risk Managment with proven experience in controls testing and execuition of HR risk managment, HR operational processes and/or HR-related risk consulting

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; relevant HR or Risk Management certification

Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing projects and serving as a people management leader

Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior leadership; strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills; hands-on, independent and accountable delivery mindset

Travel up to 75%, as needed
