- Designing personalized mobile application experiences for the company brands
- Leading research with consumers to inform the creation of flows, wireframes, and low-resolution prototypes
- Assisting in conducting independent research studies to create user test plans and scenarios
- Designing high-quality solutions based on consumer and client needs that deliver value to the business
- Advocating for user-centered design practices and data-driven processes for decision making
- Leading and mentoring User Experience team members to contribute to the growth of the organization
- Presenting findings to justify design decisions and effectively demonstrating testable product concepts
- Coordinating with development teams and facilitating design workshops to engage them on UX best practices
- Partnering with UI Designers as they produce high-resolution specifications of your designs
- Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to bring an integrated design experience to market
- Offering solutions for UX team members to effectively solve problems and improving their processes
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred OR equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience with consumer-facing design documentation
- 4+ years of UX Research and Design deliverables experience
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring UX teams
- Strong expertise in designing native mobile applications
- Background working with Agile software delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with Figma preferred
