MANAGER WANTED

Fast paced, high volume restaurant in the northwest suburbs searching for Assistant Manager. Must have good communication skills, enjoy working with others, and have a passion for delivering a high level of service at all times with a great attitude. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Enforcing company policies and procedures

Motivation, oversight and ongoing training of front of house staff

Building positive relationships with customers and handling customer issues in a timely manner

Implementation and enforcement of inventory controls

Driving sales and helping to grow the business

Promoting and contributing to the overall success of events

Administrative duties including handling of cash, tracking reports, and evaluating labor

Must have reliable transportation. Schedule will be a mixture of days, nights and weekends. Great opportunity for growth and advancement. Experience a plus, but not required.
