You will use market insights and direct customer feedback to drive alignment across our sales, service delivery, engineering, and marketing functions to create innovative new solutions for our customers. You will lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to develop compelling product strategies and value propositions for multiple routes to market.   • Set the Services vision and strategy for our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Managed Services business and push the boundaries of today to envision the possibilities of tomorrow
  • Lead our Services Product teams to bring new ISG Managed Services products to market
  • Partner with the client, infrastructure, software, and solutions product teams to ensure a seamless offer strategy across Dell Technologies products and services
  • Understand the market, customers, and competitors, and commission the development of Dell Technologies IP to set us apart in the industry
  • Establish a winning Services product strategy and roadmap to enable and deliver the Dell Technologies vision

  • 18+ years of IT Product Management experience and 5+ years of building and leading a Services Product Team with a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
  • Experience as a Product Management expert for Managed Services and have a deep understanding of market needs throughout the customer lifecycle
  • You understand Services and have a wealth of experience leading and enabling global capabilities
  • You are a strategic thinker who is passionate about solving complex product strategy and operational challenges
  • You are an inspirational leader, the kind of person people line up to work for
Desirable Requirements
  • Robust understanding of the Managed Services market dynamics and competitive landscape, from service differentiation to consumption models
  • Experience leading Managed Services Product Teams in Fortune 500 companies
