Part Time Janitor/Grounds

Position available at Livermore Heights Apartments. Requires previous employment cleaning experience. Responsible for the care and cleaning of common areas, vacant apartments, leasing office, and community grounds (in all types of weather) in order to enhance and maintain the property's appeal. Will assist with snow removal during the winter months

Will work Mondays and Fridays 8am-4:30pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am-2pm.
