Full Time (w/benefits) Apartment Maintenance Tech.

We have a full time position available at Livermore Heights Apartments.

EPA certification is preferred. General maintenance, electrical, plumbing skills required. Previous experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Hand-tools,valid driver license, transportation with auto insurance also required. Will take on-call 3 weeks per month. Will be assisting with snow removal during the winter months.
