Requirements: 2 years’ experience as HR Manager
We are looking for someone who can handle payroll for two companies (approximately 150 employees
each) and two payroll offices. You should have experience with hiring/on boarding, writing correctives
and preparing/presenting terminations. Other duties would include garnishments, job verification,
health care management, 401K program, managing daily punches, vacation, sick and holiday hours.
Must be efficient in excel. Bilingual is a preferred and beneficial.
There is a payroll assistant who helps prepare the payroll, she would be under your supervision.
This position needs a driven, motivated person with excellent organizational skills, time management,
confidentiality and good communication skills. This position requires ability to lift more than 20 pounds
and be able to climb stairs. You will report directly to the CFO.
