INDEPENDENT RECRUITERS AND RECRUITING BD REPS WITH A BOOK OF BUSINESS (United States)

SilverStone Talent, LLC is a recruiting firm looking for independent recruiters and recruiting BD managers, that are looking to make their existing book of business more profitable than it already is!

We are looking for independent partners who are comfortable being paid as a 1099-MISC contractor and that can hustle to help us expand our reach. We find that lots of BD pros and independent recruiters tend to be ok placing “Direct Hire” or “Perm” candidates, but are usually unable to place temp, or contract, workers due to a lack of funds or a credit line. LET US HANDLE THIS FOR YOU!

Our Founder has been the Head of Recruiting for a NYC based startup, the Head of Recruiting Operations for a global eCommerce company, and has been in charge of building teams and winning business for a global RPO! Let him make your book of business profitable.

Commission Structure:

If revenue is $15.38/hour AFTER burden and fees, you receive 40% of the net revenue! You get this 40% for the first 6 months of the contract being in place, after that you get 20% of net revenue for an ADDITIONAL 6 months! After the first year you receive 10% of Net Revenue that is received for as long as you partner with us.

Example:

-10 placed temporary software development employees earning $65/hour each.

-Bill Rate of $103 each (markup of 58%)

-SilverStone costs (based on NYC) $16.03/hour, initial startup fee of $105 per candidate, payrolling fee $6.59/hour

-SilverStone share of profit $9.22/hour

-Independent recruiter/BD rep share is $6.15/hour for first 6 months

-Independent recruiter/BD rep share is $3.08/hour for last 6 months

-Independent recruiter/BD rep share is $1.54/hour for remainder of relationship between SilverStone Talent and Independent Recruiter/BD Representative

$6.15/hour X 10 working temps = $61.52/hr

$61.52 X 8hrs per day = $492.16

$492.16 X 5 days a week = $2,460.80

$2,460.80 X 26 pay weeks at 40% = $63,980.80 à YOUR TAKE HOME FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS

$3.08/hour X 10 working temps = $30.80

$30.80 X 8hrs per day = $246.40

$246.40 X 5 days a week = $1,232.00

$1,232.00 X 26 pay weeks at 40% = $32,032 à YOUR TAKE HOME FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS

TOTAL TAKE HOME PAY FOR THIS REP FOR THE 1ST YEAR WITH THIS CLIENT = $96,012.80

2ND YEAR THROUGH THE LIFE OF THE RELATIONSHIP YOU RECEIVE 10% = $31,990.40 RESIDUAL INCOME

P.S. There are NO COMMISSION CAPS Earning is unlimited.

You will receive a 1099-MISC at the end of the year instead of a W2. You will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits as an independent contractor.
