Madd-Dealz llc - Online Retail Support and Sales Associate (Athens)

Madd-Dealz LLC is a fast growing ecommerce retail company located in Athens, GA.

Seeking part-time and full-time associates

Pay is hourly based on experience

Available hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am - 1pm

Job duties and responsibilities may include:

Create product listings

Photograph products

Communicating with buyers when they have questions

Pulling and shipping items that have sold

Processing incoming merchandise

Preferred qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic typing, phone, and computer navigation skills

Ability to navigate the Internet, email, google

Sales experience

Good written and verbal communication skills

Creative and able to multi-task

Some knowledge of designer clothing brands

Desire to continually learn

Solution orientated and self-motivated

Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency

Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs

Uphold company values and respect every customer

Exude patience and ownership with each customer

Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate expectations with customers

Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
