Litigation Paralegal Needed for Temporary Role in Midtown Atlanta

Legalpeople is currently sourcing a litigation paralegal for an approximately four-month assignment in Midtown Atlanta. Our law firm client is looking for a litigation paralegal with at least 3 years of state and federal experience, preferably in employment law, to assist with a medical leave. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate, and experience with the below responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

eDiscovery – create and update logs, review eDiscovery, formulate searches, and prepare status reports on cases

Drafting discovery requests and responses, answers to interrogatories, motions, and meet and confer letters

Oversee SBE cases

Maintain attorney calendars, and track client budgets

Attend and take notes for meetings with clients and opposing counsel

Although this may begin remotely, candidates must be able to commute into the office once the firm reopens. This role will begin the first week of June, and continue through the end of September.
