We are a residential roofing company. We deal with homeowners, shingle tear offs, and installation of new architectural shingles.
Both repair and replace.
We are expanding and right now the next city on our list is the Asheville, North Carolina area.
I am looking for one professional with plenty of roofing sales experience to take on the entire Asheville area. You would capture all the leads.
My company will invest heavily in search engine optimization and ground roots advertising in the Asheville area for you.
We will provide all the leads and plan on spending thousands of dollars to make that happen.
What we’re looking for:
-Roofing sales experience
-A serious go-getter that recognizes a huge opportunity.
-comfortable with Microsoft outlook, writing estimates, putting together work orders, etc.
-Very organized and focused
-comfortable on a ladder and comfortable on the roof. (Obviously)
-The ability to identify roof leaks and identify wind and hail damage.
-Active drivers license
-A good driving record
-no major criminal offenses
-you MUST be an honest person. (Time will always tell)
-you must be driven
-you must be enthusiastic with working with a highly energetic company.
-someone looking for a long-term career with one of the best roofing companies in the Southeast.
I’m looking for a superstar who takes their job very seriously and wants to make incredible money at a ground level opportunity in the Asheville, North Carolina area.
Obviously we’re going to have you interview here in Charlotte at our office and likely you’ll be running leads here in Charlotte until the lead generation picks up in Asheville area. This shouldn’t take long to start producing.
We will train you with our company procedures and protocols.
I have three ladies that run the office as your support team. Your main role would be running the leads, selling the leads, putting together the work orders, and making sure the customers are happy during and after the job.
You must be good in sales!
We will provide you with the tools you need to be successful, i.e., a laptop, tape measure, shirts, company iPhone, gas allowance, etc.
You will be required to meet at least once a week at our staff meeting on Tuesday mornings here in Charlotte. Eventually that might look like every other week once we get you equipped and running.

I’ve only got two sales guys here in Charlotte, I make the third one. I like to run lean so my sales guys can make great money.
Both my sales guys make well over six figures every year.
We also offer paid vacations and paid days off (9 days-holidays), And a retirement plan where company matches up at 3% of your contribution.
We would pay you a weekly draw that would go against your commission and then pay commissions at the end of the month.
We only Run leads Monday through Friday and during daytime. We never try to schedule a lead after 4 PM or the weekends. We believe in our people having a life outside of work.
