Landscape Laborer

Job Description

• Daily maintenance of state roadways, city streets, and city cemetery. Cutting, trimming, and weed eating daily.
• Maintains grounds and buildings: cuts grass, weeds, and brush; trims trees and bushes; rakes grass, leaves and trash; seeds and cares for lawns and ornamental plantings
• Understands and carries out oral and written directions
• Need to be able to withstand hot temperatures as this is in the summer months.
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Must have some knowledge with use of weed eaters and mowers

Pay Rate: $9.00- $10.00/hr; Negotiable

Job Type: Contract to Permanent

Shift: Mon- Fri; 7 am-3:30 pm; 40 hours/week
