VP, Real Estate Application

Our client, a well-established real estate technology company, is seeking a self-motivated, passionate, and creative product leader for their end-to-end transactional portal supporting real estate agents and transactions. This senior leadership role will be responsible for the overall product vision and strategy. They will be a passionate voice for the product and solutions provided, the problems solved, and the customer. Primary Responsibilities

• Drive overall vision and strategy to support the SaaS platform's business; represent the product vision and be the voice of the customer (internal and external) to maximize and drive holistic customer experience.
• Define and maintain product roadmap and establish regular process for gathering feedback for use in collaborating on the right feature and functionality design and content.
• Know the competitor landscape, understand customer pain points and technical designs that will serve them best.
• Act as team champion to drive progress. Collaborate as part of cross-functional product and delivery platform team to ensure successful execution of product plan.
• Develop and document requirements to communicate expected features, functionalities, and create visual design prototypes
• Groom user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development work, and prioritize such stories based on maximizing stakeholders needs and business benefit, support with defined and measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, training, customer success, and other business areas to promote the successful adoption of SaaS solution.
• Track and report on product progress towards customer and product goals to management and other stakeholders.
• Socialize new releases and features.

• Direct product leadership experience in creating, launching, and supporting a marketplace SaaS platform, preferably in Fintech or Real Estate Tech (Realtech).
• Extensive knowledge of agile and scrum principles.
• Knowledge of the product delivery and software development life cycle and the tools and technology commonly used to support product management.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and agent activities.
• Ability to have conversations with engineers about technical matters including modern platforms and frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability and desire to drive success and accept accountability.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with clarity to a broad set of stakeholders and collaborators.
• Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specifications, and coordinating projects across teams and organizations.
• Proven experience in developing and executing on strategic initiatives both independently and collaboratively; know when to involve the right people at the right time.
• Extensive experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and product management tools.
• Experience with design and wireframe tools (Figma) to support vision definition.
