Legal Assistant/Paralegal Two years legal experience required.

Legal assistant/paralegal for a busy solo practitioner in Billings. Legal assistant/paralegal will work primarily in bankruptcy and litigation, with additional civil transactional work. Ability to draft motions and pleadings is essential. A high proficiency and comfort with a variety of computer skills and the ability to learn new programs is necessary. Accounting or bookkeeping experience ideal but not required. Legal assistant/paralegal must have good problem solving skills, be a critical thinker, and be a self-starter. Three+ years of legal experience preferred, but am willing to train the right candidate with less experience. Full-time position with health insurance, retirement contribution, and other benefits.
