Email a FriendSaveSaveApply NowPosition Description:The Wholesale Processing Assistant is responsible for re-verifying all borrowers employment information prior to a loan closing and processing 4506T Tax Transcripts requests when necessary.Essential Job Functions:

Request verifications via telephone, fax or email as needed.

Request 4506T Tax Transcripts as needed

Update the LOS system with current information.

Ability to manage a pipeline of files.

Provide superior customer service at all times.

Must have exceptional phone etiquette.

Comfortable working with others to achieve a desired outcome.

Other duties as assigned.

Prior experience in mortgage industry working with a loan origination system is highly preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and seek growth potential.

Outstanding customer service orientation.

Ability to maintain rapport with Operations and Sales staff and work in a fast paced team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
