Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

Communicate with clients and opposing counsel

Analyze and summarize legal documents

Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

Requirements

Experience with legal terminology

Adeptness in legal writing

Foundational knowledge in Personal Injury Litigation

Complex Litigation experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of drafting

Commercial Litigation experience

Deep understanding of Insurance Defense Litigation

Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Above-average academic credentials and references

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

Licensed attorney

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
