Job Description

As the Full Stack Technical TeamLead in the Ecosystem Platform, you will oversee both front-end and back-end solutions development team (Engineering and testing activities) to support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog. You are responsible for optimizing front-end / back-end applications for speed, scalability, and reviewing code (including reusability). You will work closely with related teams and relevant stakeholders to clearly communicate the team's requirements and results. We believe in “You build it you run it”.

Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Lead the team in the design & development of cross-functional systems and services.
  • Provide technical expertise, mentorship, and leadership over our team of talented developers.
  • Own the full lifecycle for your team’s development, from ideas to production.
  • Maintain the product backlog together with the product owner.
  • Collaborate with other, enterprise-wide distributed product teams to deliver/consume new capabilities when needed.
  • Provide technical guidance to Team members.
  • Design and develop a fully scalable, reliable, resilient software features end to end.
  • Create & review technical documentation and recommend changes in development, maintenance, and application standards.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development frameworks and tooling.
  • Excellent experience in build and CICD technologies: GitHub, Azure, Yaml.
  • Key design principles, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, GraphQL, NodeJS
  • Graphic design applications, Mobile & web development.
  • Good experience with writing GraphQL queries.
  • Experience writing and publishing NPM packages.
  • Leading the cross-functional development team with a special focus on engineering & testing.
  • Reviewing code for reusability and optimizing web pages for site speed and scalability.
  • Clearly communicate with other teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Agile development & methodologies. OKR methodologies

Relevant Experiences:

  • Strong understand with MACH architecture and principles.
  • SSG, SSR and SPA knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of “Stitching of Content”.
  • Experience with implementation of Headless CMS.
  • Strong experience with implementing industry-wide best practices around microservice development.
  • Decoupled Component Library experience, implemented via NPM / inclusion.
  • WCAG knowledge.
  • Strong experience managing software development projects through complete release cycles.
