There are six projects in development for FAA Drone operations. The PM will need a degree specializing in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Business Administration, or related area is preferred. Must have demonstrated ability to lead and direct efforts using appropriate management skills, Communication and time management. Experience overseeing Agile IT projects and providing strategic management and objectives for the organization. Demonstrated ability in maximizing the effectiveness of existing IT resources to enhance business operations, identifying and managing risk associated with the baseline infrastructure, as well as recommending strategies on the integration of new technologies. Current relevant certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP)) strongly desired, but is not required.This candidate will require frequent Agile reporting and quick resolution on hinderances affecting iteration progress to provide predictability in future sprints. They will capture the right agile data in the beginning to understand trends and produce meaningful insights and statistics later. The Agile Program Manager should have experience with all facets of software development, operational support and project management using agile processes. The PM will be responsible for ensuring that the program is on track for successful releases, and coordinate with vendors/partners and external stakeholders as necessary.Key RequirementsFacilitate Big Room Planning with Lean| Agile Teams a, Leads, Leadership and Stackholders

Review Agile Metrics every week with Program Portfolio stakeholders

Serve as an escalation path for Scrum Masters and the Lean| Agile Teams

Track program dependencies to resolution

Create weekly summary Agile program reports for leadership

Participate in progressive elaboration sessions to maintain institutional knowledge

Manages one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.

10 years of experience

BA/BS Degree (Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Business Administration)
