Farmers Market Manager - Right Proper Brewing

Right Proper Brewing is seeking an individual to manage sales for Right Proper Brewing Company at Fresh Farm farmers markets. This is a seasonal full-time position with a minimum of 30 working hours a week during March – November months. Working the farmers market for Right Proper is super fun. If you have ever thought of being a camp counselor you will probably love the job. Everyone is super nice, and you have a good time.

The ideal candidate will:

- Report to work with a positive attitude and possess a natural tendency to be helpful.

- Have a genuine interest in beer and brewing.

- Be comfortable speaking with and engaging with customers.

- Be comfortable with a physically demanding job with the ability to easily lift 60 lbs and push 120 lbs.

- Be comfortable standing for long periods of time.

- Be comfortable working through all types of weather conditions including frigid cold and intense heat.

- Have a driver’s license and be willing and able to operate company vehicles.

- Be expected to work a minimum of three (3) market shifts a week.

- Maintain all supply par levels.

- Coordinate with brewing team about which brands and in what quantities will be needed for each week’s sales.

- Coordinate with Right Proper marketing for promotion of beers for sale at markets.

- Identify, hire and train any additional farmers market staff necessary to fill open shifts.

- Be comfortable working early mornings – report time on Sundays is 6:30 am!

- This is a job that includes weekend hours. This job requires working on both Saturday and Sunday every week. If you are not able to commit to this schedule please do not apply.
