Lead Carpenter

Laville Cabinets is a 30 person growth oriented cabinet business in Baton Rouge, LA. We service residential and commercial contractors, particularly in the high end BR, New Orleans and Northshore markets. We also have a growing residential closet division

The team is growing and we are looking to hire a Lead Carpenter with at least 4-5 years in the woodworking industry. Must be open to training and expanding your carpentry skills. We have a safe, fast paced, modern shop and we place great emphasis on team work and attitude.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years Carpentry Experience. Cabinet Installation experience preferred.

- Perform carpentry tasks with the highest quality of craftsmanship in the time allotted

- Established relationships and managed conflict resolution with all involved parties during projects to create an agreeable working environment

- Maintain a good attitude even through adversity

- Attention to detail

- You must be physically fit with ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more

- This is a full time permanent position with overtime available

- Clean driving record required to drive our trucks

We offer vacation, paid holidays and 401K.

Salary: $17.00 to $23.00 /hour depending on experience
