Looking for people that has the following characteristics:
People with Mow crew Experienced using the same type or similar equipment as listed below. NOT Just a 21" or just riders or have only mowed your own house That does not count Must have experience working on an actual crew. Must have at least one full season of experience working on an actual mow crew.
Have the know-how to get the lawns mowed/trimmed properly, safely, and in a timely manor.
Have a good driving record & Valid DL. Must be able to drive a company truck. If you would not get approved by our insurance company, sorry, please do not apply here.
Has a "get it done attitude".
Team player. Gets along with others. No Drama
We use 36" Scag walk behinds up to 72" Scag riders along with 48" Wright standers and Scag V-Ride. RedMax trimmers and Blowers. Do not call if you have only ran a 21" mower, or if you have only sat on rider mowers. We mow/trim standard size house properties up to large commercial properties. Commercial and Residential. We do not just sit on mowers all day.
Monday through Friday work days. Full time + overtime. Some Saturdays (depends on rain, or if you want).
Pay is based on experience.
Full time positions.
Optional 401k match.
PTO after 3 months.
Shirts and hat provided.
Can start right away.
