RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a SOCs Compliance/Governance Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia (GA).Responsibilities include: A Governance Specialist will oversee all operations relating to compliance including, but not limited to, policies, investments, and procedures Draft, modify, and implement company policies The Governance Specialist will manage clients execution of all external audits pertaining to company procedures and processes; Audits to include, but not limited to, Business Continuity, SOC2, IS027001, and FISMA Create, update, and maintain clients compliance policies A Governance Specialist will revise procedures, reports, and periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues Create, oversee, manage, and implement clients overall network strategy The Governance Specialist will create, update, and maintain- company networking policies Oversee and manage the KPI's of the clints third party managed service provider A Governance Specialist will develop network customer product offerings Strategy for network servicesREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of personnel management experience Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others at all levels of the company organization from facility-level direct reports to executive management, as well as existing and potential customers, and external vendors and suppliers Handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner Interact professionally with all levels of the organization Manage changing needs and priorities accurately and professionally required Work independently with limited direction Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to provide support outside of standard business hours Someone who is resourceful, conscientious, and takes personal pride in their work preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
