Service Co-ordinator - Diesel Truck Fleet

Northwest Beef Express, a family owned trucking operation has a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Writer for our diesel truck fleet at our Hermiston, OR location.

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized candidate who will be responsible for our fleet's preventative maintenance program and daily repair activity, including but not limited to the following duties:

Fielding all calls from drivers

Writing work orders and scheduling trucks for service and repairs in our shop

Reviewing and prioritizing drivers' daily write-ups for repairs

Working directly with trucking dispatchers to coordinate repair schedules along with parts availability

Working directly with our office staff to make sure all invoices, returns, parts credits etc. are completed and

processed in a timely manner.

This is a full time, year round position with competitive pay and a great benefits package.
