Seqirus is the second largest influenza vaccine company in the world and is a transcontinental partner in pandemic preparedness and a major contributor to the prevention and control of influenza globally.We invite you to take a look at the many career possibilities available around the globe and consider building your promising future at CSL by becoming a member of our team!Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for managing the facility management vendor business process for 250+ US Plasma Centers and ensuring that $20+ million per year of general facility repair, preventative maintenance, and janitorial services are provided in a high quality, safe, compliant, and cost-effective manner.1 Day-to-day responsible for overseeing the vendor business process to receive work orders and complete them in a high quality and timely manner and in compliance with contract requirements and company policies.2 Responsible for budget development and cost management according to management direction and company policies. Identifies and implements cost savings and quality improvement initiatives.3 Monitors facility maintenance and service-level issues arising from the sites or the vendor and coordinates with the site, vendor, and management to ensure timely and effective resolutions.4 Develops service specifications, vendor performance expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Oversees vendor performance and monitors customer satisfaction. Tracks and trends KPIs to provide feedback to vendor, management, and facility design team for improvements and actions for implementation.5 Implements effective training for the Plasma Centers and follows required cGMP change management policies for any future facility maintenance policy, procedure, or scope changes.6 Leads the planning, budgeting, and execution of special projects with the facility maintenance vendor (e.g., facility assessments, minor renovations, signage changes, etc.)7 Ensures that invoices accurately reflect the work being performed and the terms of the vendor contract. Monitors invoice aging/payments and addresses any invoice questions or issues.8 Provides ad hoc support to site heads at other operational and office locations to leverage the vendor business process for their sites.9 Ensures that all repair, maintenance, and janitorial services are conducted in a manner to satisfy the requirements of the business, are done according to the company’s values, and comply with safety, building code, environmental, and other regulatory agency requirements.10 Promotes vendor and employee safety policies and programs within the scope of the facility management vendor business process, monitors safety compliance, and implements safety improvements.11 Other job-related duties as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent required.

Experience

5+ years relevant experience overseeing facilities management function in a distributed environment

Multi-site retail, food, or health-related experience preferred

Working knowledge of building systems and facility repair/maintenance trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, janitorial, fire safety, general repair and maintenance, signage, and minor renovations
