Immigration Paralegal needed (Atlanta)

We are a small Immigration law firm in Sandy Springs, GA seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) immigration paralegal to assist with family and employment-based immigration cases. This is a part time position (20 to 30 hours a week).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting attorneys with family and employment-based immigration cases
Calendaring or scheduling events
Obtain, organize, and maintain client’s supporting documents
Filling out and drafting applications for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and prepare filings based on pre-existing templates
Serve as main point-of-contact for client during pendency of case
Track signing and filing of documents
Monitor the progress of cases and keep attorney informed
Drafting letters to different agencies
Writing reports and legal documents
Researching laws and judicial decisions
Helping attorneys prepare cases for hearings and interviews
Drafting Letters to clients in Spanish
Cooperate with office duties such as reception coverage when needed
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
Have a very positive attitude and enjoy working with people
Have at least 1 year of experience as an immigration paralegal
Be Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
Be proficient in all Microsoft Office products
Have attention to detail
Experience with immigration client management/forms software such as Law
Logix, INSZoom, EImmigration, Immigration Tracker, etc. is a plus
