Job DescriptionCACI is seeking a cleared NexGEN Training Lead who serves as the Training Lead for the TROJAN NexGEN Family of Systems. What You’ll Get to Do:
Serve as training liaison between TMO & I2WD
Identify the units OIC/POC, and communicate the training requirements.
Email updated Welcome letter to units NLT 120 - 90 days prior to start of training event.
Provide a POI to the unit 90- 30 before training start date.
Create a spreadsheet to track student's requirements (accounts, Vuport training)
Verify student's names in SearchLight, to allow students to access TROJAN workstations
Submit completed TENS forms to TROJAN Service Desk.
Submit all BORESIGHT account request forms.
Request SWIT to migrate trainer's TENS accounts to training site.
Notify TROJAN teams (TMO, MST, FUSE, SWIT) of a pending course for support
Establish course training hours, and work days with the unit.
Verify local holidays and unit's days off.
Verify the local bylaws to confirm if antenna connections are authorized or restricted.
If required request the use and shipment of the WBT to site.
Ensure instructor's proficiency in assigned sub-components
Verify TSPRING power plan (shore or generator) and available fuel
Confirm CLASSIFIED hard drives storage plan by unit
Confirm Carrier Orders by students
Confirm NAR is submitted and valid
Confirm TSCIF request is submitted by unit
Comfirm IOO is available and on site
Verify unit's tasking PLAN and create plan on GL9.3
Work with SWIT to build VC capabilities, and data flow set up
Prepares AAR at completion of training event
Coordinate Quarterly Training & training plan
Create training slides & handouts for quarterly train event
Create training schedule for training team to support events
Posting of all training material on the I2WD training site for all clients to access
Creation of POIs for all training events
Creation of Checklist for all sub components
More About the Role:This person will be accountable for leadership and guidance of a team of 4 additional Trainers. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
A minimum of AA Degree is required
At least 7 years in Intelligence Systems operation and training
Ability to travel up to 50%
