In the event there is attrition in this role during the course of the Program timeline, the Supplier is required to replace the position immediately and fulfill job responsibilities until a new Assistant is located.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring all Licensed Representatives remain compliance with their individual resident state Continuing Education Requirements. Assisting with scrubbing onboarding documents related to Licensing BG questions for Licensed Representatives and obtain necessary background and/or supporting documents if needed. Forward required information to eHealth in a timely manner as outlined in this Guide. All aspect of agent licensing including but not limited to submitting for resident and non-resident licenses, submitting fingerprints, address changes in the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR), applying for, maintaining and renewing insurance licenses, processing affiliations and endorsements, and following up on background issues that may arise. Processing Licensed Agent Termination Forms according to the outlined termination procedures. Oversee the saving and filing of all Licensed Representative documents both in hard copy and scanned images in Sharepoint. Uploading and maintaining Licensed Representative information in the Sircon. Other Licensed Representative On-Boarding and/or licensing related tasks as requested.OTHER RELATED DUTIES Phone Support: May be required to contact State Department of Insurance resources and/or other state & local government departments in the course of conducting their licensing responsibilities Other duties as assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent degree Preferred background in agent licensing and/or regulatory compliance.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Medicare Licensing and Appointment Experience a plus. Superior Organization Skills, Accuracy and Attention to Detail a must. Must be able to multi-task in fast paced time sensitive environment. Experience working with Confidential Information. Proficient Windows 10 Computer Skills to include use of Spreadsheets, Email and Word Documents. Experience with SIRCON Producer Manager a Plus.Training & System Requirements: Must have access to systems, phone, and email to conduct this role.
