Property maintenance (Central Point, Medford and Talent): Grass cutting, shrubbery pruning, windows and walls cleaning, etc. All phases of property and home upkeep and repair. Some painting, plumbing, irrigation and anything that comes along. This job is largely unsupervised and requires a self starter with eyes for work to be done - maintenance and improvements. Hard work!

Absolutely no drugs tolerated other than marijuana on off time. Drug testing. Criminal records checked.
