Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Software Engineer in Milford, Connecticut (CT). This role is not project specific, instead they are supporting the internal application from production support to enhancements. The Software Engineer will be working 5 days a week, with 3 days a week in office, onsite in Milford, CT.Summary:This Software Engineer team supports an internal, homegrown application, and supports accounts receivables. The system is a master data management application which stores and maintains data coming for restaurants, franchise owners, and business developers. Other downstream systems supported the organization retrieve data from this application, as well. This team owns the product therefore, they are responsible for all the production support and product enhancements. The system is built on VB.net, C# and SQL and maintains an API.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Math, Science, or Engineering 6-8 years of relevant experience Experience in VB.net, C#, Azure, JSON, SQL, Agile, and Angular Framework/Node.js Reliable, self-starter with a sense of urgency that can work in a fast-paced environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
