Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client looking for a Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.Summary:In this role, the Software Engineer will be working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. This role will design and implement software solutions based on software requirement specifications. The Software Engineer will also develop software documentation for implementation. e.g. UML.REQUIREMENTS: 4-year degree in Computer Science or Engineering 3-4 years of engineering experience Experience with the following: SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL or similar) NoSQL (Mongo or similar) experience AWS or another cloud-based service experience Docker experience Experience with Linux operating systems Experience with Javascript/Typescript and any of the following Angular, React, Node.js in a work setting Rest API, Mac OS experience, Knowledge of PHP experience is a plus Test Framework experience/TDD (test-driven development Familiarity with Software Design Patterns Ability to work with a high level of initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
