Bud Tenders Needed

Urbn Leaf is seeking professional individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join URBN LEAF budtender team.

Candidates for this position will be expected to work in one location which will expand to other locations in the near future.

Position is for Full or Part time, with expectations to work weekends and holidays.

Experience in cannabis industry is preferred, but not necessary. Candidates who have experience in hospitality industries, customer service industries, or retail sales are also encouraged to apply.

Patients are our top priority and candidates must be able to provide exceptional service to each of our patients. Candidates will be required to access the needs of our patients through communication, educating, and guiding them to products that meets their needs.

Budtender responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Maintain inventory in compliance with dispensary operations

Maintain POS stations at all time

Assist with all side work during down time (stocking, cleaning, etc)

Participate in staff meetings

Address patients by their names as they arrive/depart and ensure all patients receive excellent customer service

Ensure opening/closing duties are completed during shift

Comprehensive knowledge of all products and product related news

Be knowledgeable of all specials and promotions (in store weekly ads, daily deals, etc)

Participate in staff events

Respect patients and staff members
