We are in need of a self-motivated and highly organized office manager to work roughly 25 hours per week. Duties include the following:
Communications
Filing + Organizing
Web Editing
Invoicing + Billing
Team Memos + Reminders
Calendar for Owner
Errands, Mailings, Meetings
Our owner needs lots of reminders on tasks and his calendar and we would expect the right person to be able to keep the business moving even when our owner is traveling for work. You would essentially be the "hub" to our operations. Some light traveling may be required.
No benefits, pay depends on experience, and this will most likely grow into a full-time position. Our company is expanding quickly and we need ORGANIZATION over everything.
You must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, Quickbooks, Wix, Squarespace, Square Up, and PayChex.
