Personal Care Attendant. Hoyer Lift transfers. Bed Baths. Feeding. The attendant provides care, warmth and support in accordance with the specified plan of care for the client. The attendant will provide services to maintain strengthen and safeguard the client in their own environment. To perform all duties as listed on the Task Assignment Plan which will include activities of daily living and assistance with personal hygiene requirements.
