Duties: In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a self-storage facility while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. This position is part-time, three days or up to 24 hours per week.

These duties include the showing, renting, and vacating of storage units, greeting customers, answering phones and making phone calls. It includes all aspects of running an office including, use of computer software program, responding to Internet inquiries, making decisions, reconciling cash receipts, following lien procedures and interpreting reports. In addition to office related work, responsibilities include cleaning units, picking up trash, pulling weeds, sweeping hallways and grounds, and minor repairs.

What we require from you:

Valid state issued driver license

Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to conduct physical work that includes outdoor and indoor maintenance

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Desired Requirements:

2+ years of customer service excellence

Time management skills

Self storage or property leasing experience preferred but not required
