HireArt’s looking for a talented Employee Experience Coordinator to work on-site supporting our client in St. Louis, MO. As an Employee Experience Coordinator at HireArt, you’ll be a key member of our Operations Team and provide Human Resources and People Operations support to HireArt contract employees. The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for owning the lifecycle of our contractors (from when they begin their employment to when they leave their assignment) and ensuring we provide the contract staffing industry’s best employment experience. The Employee Experience Coordinator will report directly to our Manager of Employee Experience and will work very closely with the Senior Account Manager. This is a cross-functional role that will have exposure to a wide range of HR Functions and play a critical role in delivering a world class employment experience for HireArt, our clients, and our employees. We are looking for someone with an HR background who has a passion for HR/Employee Experience and is organized, resourceful, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively with diverse people and teams. We are a startup, and we all wear many different hats. Being nimble, a really great multitasker, and excited to jump in and help problem solve is super important. We want someone who is process and systems oriented. We work very closely with our Product and Engineering teams and want to help build features to streamline Employee Experience, Operations and HR.This role is based in St. Louis, MO and will spend substantial time on-site supporting our client, a company that works to accelerate the development of Artificial Intelligence applications by helping machine learning teams generate high-quality data. They have a great team, excellent culture, and amazing new office in downtown St. Louis. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you'll:Field inquiries from our contractors regarding numerous issues including payroll, time & attendance, and benefits – your inbox will be a busy one!Onboard new contractors from the time the offer is sent through to completion – this process involves follow-up, tracking, troubleshooting, and the timely resolution of inquiries with the goal of closing each onboarding within 24 hours.Work very closely with our Account Management team to develop client-specific processes, organization and ensure seamless day-to-day operationsEnsure that contractors are set up with all of the information that they need for their first day on assignment.Conduct employee check-ins and feedback sessions each week.Manage performance management for contract employees of HireArt working on-site for our clientConduct and process employee terminations.Record and process contractor profile updates & corrections across all necessary platformsCoordinate mass communications to employees alongside the Employee Experience Manager.Assist the Employee Experience Manager with Workers Comp, Disability, and Leave of Absence cases as needed.Manage and contribute toward special projects as needed.Help improve, create and implement processes and best practices for the Employee Experience team alongside teammates – we always want to get better!Participate in cross-functional work with our product/engineering, account management, finance, and other teams – the Employee Experience team touches all parts of HireArt!Contribute toward our internal Wiki in terms of adding content and process documentation (we use Notion, it’s awesome to help keep us organized).Suggest new product features – we want your input!

Requirements
