I am looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. That is used to making many phone calls and sending many emails a day, all while doing several tasks and keeping great records of everything.

I am only a 1 man shop. So you will be working with me directly all day long. You will NOT have to do any sales. I do all the sales.

I am equipment finance broker. I write a lot of equipment loans for the construction, Farm and trucking industries. So I have equipment dealers like CAT, John Deere and many small mom and pop equipment dealers sending me applications to get financed for their customers. We need to move extremely fast. These are business owners needing equipment fast and the equipment dealers will be sending these applications to us daily to get their customers financed, also leads from marketing.

You must NOT have any obstacles or obligations that would prevent you from working the schedule. This is a LONG TERM FULL TIME position. You must have a quiet office space with Computer, Printer/scanner and good WIFI and phone service of course (cell is fine). (we will provide a phone service or cell phone after a short period of time). If you have children at home that you have to care for or other people that you will need to care for, this will not work. As this is a full time long term position. Of course you will get your regular breaks and lunch etc

You will be doing things like pulling credit reports, working with customers and our dealers in order to get loans closed. Working with the customers insurance companies, just multi tasking all day. You will NOT be doing any selling.

Collecting items from customers to help me close the loans, like their bank statements, invoices from the equipment dealers etc Most of the day you will be doing these things, the other half you will be working with the constant contact and social media. You do not need to do the marketing itself, I have a few companies we use for different kinds of marketing. You would work with them as an In-between. Lets say I need a flyer made, or a video. You would work with our different marketing vendors to get the job done etc but you will be monitoring the social media pages and if someone responds or asks a question you would let me know so I may answer the questions. You have to be fluent with facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You do not need to place ads or do the marketing. I have companies for that, you just need to be able to have a good understanding of social media just to monitor it. .

Let's say I need a marketing flyer done for the 4th of July, or I want to target Auto body shops with a new lending product for their industry, or say a dental office, You will work with our marketing company and they will design the flyer. I have virtual marketing companies that will do these tasks, you will be the go between and be sure they complete the tasks properly.

I have a social media company that posts content daily to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, when people like, comment or asking a question, you will let me know and I will answer them etc

Let me explain how the loan process works.

Usually an equipment dealer will email or call us with a borrower that needs financing for a piece of equipment. I call the borrower and take a quick application. I speak with them about their business and how much this equipment will increase their sales monthly. I will go into this further on the phone. We will be doing 3 way calls with borrowers so you can listen to the calls and be introduced to our customers etc

This is a fairly simple position in terms of training. You will be working with me everyday all day. You will not need to do any selling whatsoever. You will be fully trained within 2 weeks. Its a great industry and you will be rewarded well in bonuses and raises and gifts. Because I am a 1 man shop, it will be just me and you and I am a very kind person. If you do a good job, you will be rewarded. I will give you an hourly increase within 60 days and bonuses.

Must know how to navigate very well Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin.

Home office with proper equipment, computer, printer/scanner. A Quiet environment with no distractions.

Know how to use a CRM system (we use a very simple one).

Know how to use a constant contact or something like it. Mail chimp etc

Managing my calendar, keeping me on schedule and on task.

Following up with leads, scheduling and confirming appointments with borrowers and referral partners.

Sending out thank you correspondence to borrowers and referral partners on my behalf

Assisting me with marketing responsibilities including managing my database of referral partners, initiating and executing marketing campaigns.

Responding to comments and questions on the social media pages

Calling equipment dealers to see if they have any applications for us to finance for them

Calling current customers to ask if they need more financing for equipment or unsecured working capital

Working with our marketing and design companies to make sure we have fresh ads and flyers

This is a work from home position for $12 an hour. This is a 1099 position and a full time position. You will work Mon-Fri 10am-6pm eastern time. Remember, you must NOT have any obligations or distractions that will prevent you from working the schedule everyday. You will be paid $480 every Friday and be given a 1099 at the end of the year. Raises and bonuses are very lucrative. I need someone I can trust, that works hard for me and there will be frequent raises and a bonus structure per closed loan. You must be hands on, you must take the bull by the horns, must be a fast leaner and used to a fast paced environment, be very detailed and organized with the CRM and spread sheets and keeping files organized.
