Customer Service Rep

Busy e-commerce company looking for full time CSR. The CSR handles all in-bound calls and identifies website prospects that need help. They are tasked with assisting website users with their questions, helping to place orders and assist with customer issues. The CSR will process website returns, sample requests and make sure customers are notified of current promotions and discounts on a weekly or monthly basis. This position is accountable for responding to online leads as needed and is responsible for transferring out leads to the appropriate sales members in the company.

The right candidate will have the following skills:

Typing with accuracy // Data Entry

Proficient with Windows Office

Punctual

Answering, transferring phones

Quick learner

Ability to follow instruction // adhere to policies and procedures

Position is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. We offer a competitive hourly pay. Weekly pay. Sick Pay. Vacation pay. Medical Insurance program.
