Job Description This PaaS creates billing and revenue software for a range of companies and industries and is looking for a Lead Developer to join their team! Their cloud-based platform allows their clients to automate various services like taxes and billing statements. As a Lead Developer, you will get to over see a small team of developers and develop the backend of their platform using Scala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scala and Akka or Play and have hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud services. - Strong experience with Scala
- Prior experience with Akka or Play
- Prior leadership and/or mentorship experience
- Prior experience with AWS or other cloud platform
- Excellent communication
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Math
- Prior Java development experience
