Lion Real Estate Group is in need of a Make-Ready Technician to join the maintenance team at "Ashford," our 378-unit apartment community located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The successful candidate plays a vital role in the company’s day to day impression on existing and prospective residents and is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism while ensuring that all company maintenance policies and procedures are consistently followed.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Follows all company maintenance policies and procedures
-Walks property on a regular basis to ensure the property’s appearance meets or exceeds company standard at all times
-Assists with move-in and move-out procedure
-Completes the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units according to schedule
-Assists in maintaining grounds cleanliness and curb appeal
-Assists in completing service orders in an efficient and timely manner
-Treats all tenants with the highest level of concern and care
-Maintains regular, consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to a satisfactory level, which includes being on-call for emergencies
-Works together with Property Manager and other maintenance staff to prepare for all City and Internal property inspections.
-Helps maintain on-site shops, including equipment inventory.
-Informs property managers of any issues observed on the property.
-Ensures OSHA safety requirements are being followed
-Performs other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Abilities/Requirements:
-Be able to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.
-Detail-oriented
-Strong time management skills
-Effective communication skills
-High school or equivalent
-1 years’ experience residential property maintenance
-Valid Driver's License Required
