It all begins with you.Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.Primary responsibilities within this role include:

Develop and leadsprograms, initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities.

Develop tools and processes used to maintain a common, firm-wide data standard.

Analyze, assess and test data controls and data systems to ensure quality and risk compliance standards are met.

Define strategic requirements, roadmap, or direction for metadata capabilities.

Drive analysis and assessment approach during issue remediation life cycle.

Support and interact with various functions and LOBs on multi-domain remediation efforts.

Leverages domain expertise and data / business / process analysis to inform and support solution design.

Drive planning and coordination on low to medium sized remediation efforts, acting as central point of contact.

Provide inputs into communication routines with stakeholders, business partners, and senior leaders.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis

3 + years of Tableau Dashboard development experience

Desired Qualifications:

SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

SQL experience

Knowledge and understanding of OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)

Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Service Data Foundation (FSDF)
