Store associates provide strong customer service and balance additional responsibilities with the day-to-day operation of the storefront. Daily, store team members work the store floor and show enthusiasm for our American made goods. The position would grow over time to include more responsibilities, i.e. assist with social media, inventory, merchandising, fulfillment, etc. This hire must be able to work well independently but also within a team and bring a positive attitude to their work.

Delivering top notch customer service for in-store customers

Answering customer questions by phone and email

Maintaining order and cleanliness of storefront

Restocking product from backstock

Communicating with store management and owners regularly

Providing feedback on product performance

Completing additional tasks as assigned

must be available to work 1 weekend shift per week

Team members work a set schedule each week (unless filling in for vacation time of other employees) and are given the # of hours requested at time of hire each week. Ideal candidates are interested in 20+ hours per week, but we will consider employees interested in 10 - 20 hours as well.

Competitive hourly salary ($14 - $22/hr higher pay for more experience + manager level roles + hourly commitment)

ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE INTERESTED IN WORKING THE SALES FLOOR but additional roles are provided to all candidates that are interested in assistant manager or manager level status. These responsibilities require a minimum of 6 months at 20+ hours per week. In other words, we cannot provide additional larger roles to candidates that are only available for the summer.
