National remodeling and home improvement company is looking for a Sales Manager for its Charlotte location. We proudly manufacture our own windows and sunrooms, giving us a competitive advantage in the marketplace and own Bath Planet of Charlotte. We have continually grown in sales over the last few years and are looking for another partner to grow with us. This position will be compensated well! This location has the national support from our factory and top retail stores (full marketing department, installation trainers, etc.).
We're only targeting top sales and general management individuals - if you have remodeling or home improvement sales and/or managing experience this job is for you! This is a rare opportunity with ENORMOUS potential!
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, successful in-home experience is required
- Experience preferred in the remodeling or home improvement industry
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, commission sales environment
- Established reputation as a top performer
Compensation
- Total compensation for this role will range from $75,000 - $150,000+
