Job Description

As

Senior manager, global brand development, you willbuild impactful brand building activation, communication and partnerships, that engage the consumer into buying and loving the brand.

  • Lead advertising and big idea development against key brand initiatives, cascaded across all consumer facing content and touchpoints, including advertising, POS, consumer activation & PR ideas, partnerships and social.
  • Partner with regions on media plan and spend allocation recommendations.
  • Develop and cascade communication toolkits across regions
  • Help build and foster organization’s capabilities as best in class marketing; including social media, consumer activation, PR and influencer ideas, media content and platform trends and partnerships
  • Review, monitor, evaluate and extract learnings from marketing activities so as to continuously improve ROI
  • Ignite passion in the marketing function and to build credibility around marketing across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10 + years of Marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods in a Brand Development/Activation Role, an Advertising Agency role, or a Communication/Activation focused Start Up.
  • Demonstrated experience leading advertising, including agency management, idea creation, production, tool kit delivery
  • Experience with social media, PR and consumer activations
  • Connections and resources in agency industry
  • Experience with content development and production
  • Passion for new content and media/marketing trends
  • Global experience
  • Demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience as Brand Manager, strong communicationdevelopment
  • Experience in managing partnerships/licensing/content
  • Experience managing brand budgets and P&Ls
  • Experience working with IRI or Nielsen Scantrak and Panel data
  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrated project and product management expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Global mindset and passion for growth
  • Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate solid leadership qualities
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Efficient and effective with time management
  • Strong presentation builder – able to effectively summarize detailed information into a presentation with clear narrative flow, succinct takeaways and impactful visuals

This position can be partially remote with regular presence to our Shelton's offices (Connecticut).
