Job Description

As Global partnerships manager, you build exciting and impactful brand partnerships across all of our categories to drive awareness, relevancy, and equity of our brand. As such, you will:

  • Create a partnership/licensing strategy and funnel for brand partnerships across our BIC categories, globally and locally.
  • Lead search for and evaluation and execution ideation for all types of partners, including media, content, and brand/product.
  • Lead business terms negotiation and relationship alignment with new partners.
  • Partner closely with Global Marketing and Commercialization to maximize impact and amplification, including PR, influencers, activations & events and advertising
  • Collaborate with internal team members and regions on development and launch of key products and smooth transitioning to innovation team for commercialization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience at a consumer marketing organization with demonstrated experience in partnership leadership
  • Experience with variety of partnership deals
  • Experience with social media, PR and consumer activations
  • Connections and resources in agency industry
  • Global experience
  • Demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience as Brand Manager, strong communicationdevelopment
  • Experience in managing partnerships/licensing/content
  • Experience managing brand budgets and P&Ls
  • Experience working with IRI or Nielsen Scantrak and Panel data
  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Demonstrated project and product management expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Global mindset and passion for growth
  • Ability to effectively organize, analyze, and present data with solutions
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate solid leadership qualities
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Efficient and effective with time management
  • Strong presentation builder – able to effectively summarize detailed information into a presentation with clear narrative flow, succinct takeaways and impactful visuals
  • This position will be partially remote, with a regular presence in our Shelton (Connecticut)offices.
