Seeking new managers for our benefits division based out of Indianapolis, with the option to work remotely from home due to the current state of affairs.

We are looking for:
-A team leader with objectives to train, coach, and develop entry level representatives.
-Responsible for daily operations, long term and short term staffing, financial reports, progress and persistency tracking, with a focus point of leadership development.
-Training benefits representatives on providing supplemental Life, Health, and Retirement benefits for Labor Unions, and Association Members.
-Direct customer service, working directly with clients who request benefit services.
Average associate makes between $75,000-$92,000 annually plus Residual Income.
