Our client needs a talented Systems Analyst with trading systems experience to support various initiatives. We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst:
  • Lead requirements gathering of new features and/or enhancements
  • Work with business and technology teams to deliver high quality technical solutions for business problems
  • Bring a questioning mindset to work, always investigating the purpose and value of new features/enhancements
  • Contribute to enhancing systems analysis practices across a distributed team

Requirements of the Systems Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math
  • At least 5 years of analysis experience with a proven track record of delivering sophisticated technology projects
  • Expertise in taking complex features and breaking them down into clear and concise, well-defined stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to write complex system/technical diagrams
  • Experience in complex distributed systems
  • Ability to read/analyze code and logs for defect/incident triage and root cause analysis
  • Experience writing SQL queries
