- Assist with handling all facets of identifying, preserving, collecting, and processing data across a multi-petabyte technically diverse environment.
- Assist with importing and processing data, creating and maintaining databases, and preparing electronic document productions
- Assist in developing effective database searches
- Manage the technical administration of document reviews
- Provide training to stakeholders on technical capabilities and best practices in the use of technology to support legal services
- Help develop and monitor metrics and communicate with legal teams, senior management, and business units on project progress
- Troubleshoot technical issues with incoming data and software applications
- Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the ediscovery tools and applications
- Training and certification pathways to become a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS); Nuix Data Discovery Master Certification, and Nuix Forensic Practitioner Master Certification.
- Expectation for continued education in the field of information technology, digital forensics, and litigation support.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Eagerness to work in a mission critical, high visibility, enterprise role that supports every business
- Interest in gaining experience with end-to-end eDiscovery toolsets, including preservation, collection, and review tools and automated workflows
- Ability to rapidly identify, analyze and address complicated issues, and distill that complexity into simple and concise communication to influence outcomes in cross-functional settings.
- Desire to use analytics to drive robust operations and continuous process improvement.
- Interest in assisting with vendor identification and management, including monitoring of vendor costs, efficiencies, and practices.
- Participate as requested in solicitation and review of vendor bids.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while managing a demanding workload.
- Ability to understand and develop expertise in with various software applications.
