Want to make a direct impact on the success of Hilton Grand Vacations? This role may be the right next step! We are looking for a Senior Manager Resort Operations Business Operations. This stellar employee will be working with the Senior Director on descriptive and predictive analysis in support of Resort and Club operations.
Position Summary:- Work with Senior Director to support Chief Customer Officer and Chief Commercial Officer with data mining and analysis
- Create financial and statistical modeling
- Analyze data and derive insights from developed models, report out on findings and make actionable recommendations
- Perform descriptive and predictive analysis using Tableau/Looker, R/Python, SQL, or Cognos
- Work on special projects, initiatives, and day to day activities
- Support Senior Director to identify key drivers for annual budget, monthly forecasting, and quarterly business review process
- Fulfill ad hoc requests and questions from leaders and many company-wide business units
- Work with Director to provide data support in a timely manner, create/enhance reports, and on-demand dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and/or Business Analytics related field.
- 5+years of experience in business support, analytics & financial modeling.
- Understanding of Tableau, SQL, Excel and the ability to transform data into insights.
- Exploratory analysis, data preparation visualization.
- High level of business knowledge and ability to understand and communicate in common business language.
- Masters of Data Analytics is preferred
- R/Python, Cognos, Looker, BigQuery and AutoML
- Timeshare experience related to Resort Operations and Club is preferred
- Machine learning and deep learning model
- Tableau certification
